Project manager International Projects (full-time)

You will work on Iconic Materials’ various international projects. These can be small projects where we supply one underwater window but also supervising large zoo projects. As our project manager international projects, you are managing the entire project. Planning, transportation, attending construction meetings, ordering materials, scheduling (international) freelancers, permits and keeping a financial overview are part of your daily tasks. Full-time in Gieten or hybrid, both is possible.

We are a small organisation and that gives you a lot of freedom in this role with the right guidance of course. Construction visits are part of the job, usually for a few days a month. This could be in the Netherlands but also London, Berlin, or in Spain.

  • Open and honest with a sense of humour and commitment.
  • Quality-oriented, you maintain high standards and are focused on improving the work and the team.
  • Communicative skills, at multidisciplinary level, communicating with construction workers as well as CEO’s is not a problem for you.
  • You are confident, think logically and you know how to manage processes, even under pressure.
  • HBO working and thinking level with a technical background
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Flexibility in working days/weekends when onsite for a project
  • Driving license B
  • English (or another language) is useful in this position; Dutch is not required.
  • VCA certificate, forklift certificate, etc., can be completed internally.
